-Internal: read a gay themed book or watch a gay themed movie ("Hero" is a good selection!)
--Think about it critically
-External Passive: have a gay movie night with friends who haven't seen the movies/don't know they're all gay themed, or bring a gay movie to a regular movie night
-External Forward: correct a stranger
