Todays meeting

Hey there!

Its a beautiful day outside today, but don't forget about the meeting at 4-6pm in VU462B its always a fun time and we have a great view of the bay and the sun! I look forward to seeing you all there and delving into queer life :)

Also don't forget in VU462B @ 7pm tonight the QRC WS is discussing body image in the queer community. They are bringing in the body empowerment advisors and it should be a great conversation!

Sex, Flirting, Relationships...Oh My!

Hey!

I hope that I am catching you all in bed asleep right now because it's late! But tomorrow, April 19th, QAAFA is talking about dating, relationships, fooling around, sex and all that fun stuff we queers and allies like to do. Have you ever heard of the word courtship? Do people still do that? What is it? This meeting is going to be really fun so I hope to see you all there in VU 462B at 4pm!!!

04/12/11 meeting

To the peeps on this mailing list,

There is no snazy subject because its late and I am not sure when you all are going to read this and I don't want you to get confused by me saying tomorrow or something like that. SO here is the plan...ya ready?

We shall be debriefing the first day of the Gender Neutral Bathroom event to see if there is anything we can improve on for the next two days and to see how it went. But our main topic will be...Day of Silence!!! For those of you who don't know what DOS is, its a day where people take a vow of silence to represent the discrimination through silencing minorities, with the focus primarily on the the Queer community, face on a daily basis. This spectacular representation happens this Friday 4/15/2011!! Be prepared to discuss what, if anything, you all would like to do for this special day. Bellow is the link to the card people will be carrying around on Friday to explain to people what they are doing with out talking. Come to the meeting to find out more about it.

FIRST MEETING BACK!

Hello errbody!

I am so excited to see you all and to hear how your breaks went and to show you what QAAFA is in store for this quarter. Tuesday's meeting is of course at 4 in VU 462b. I hope to see faces of people who weren't abel to come last quarter because of other commitment, we have missed you tremendously. We will be talking about next weeks gender neutral bathroom event and planning out what we would like to do so make sure you're there to put your input in!

Aside from QAAFA's amazing meeting this week, you can also look forward to...

• Button Making on Tuesday the 5th @ 7-10pm VU462B
• Queer Experience Auditions Thursday the 7th @ 6pm in VU464
