Event!

Hi everyone.

Sorry that we've sent you two e-mails this week but the last e-mail forgot to mention the amazing event we have this week. QAAFA and Freethinkers of WWU are cosponsoring a Transgender 101 talk this Thurs (the 17th) from 7-9 pm in Bond Hall 109. The talk will be given by the founders of Bellingham's Center for Gender Sanity Janis Walworth (educator on transgender issues) and Michele Kammerer (a transgender woman). It will discuss topics such as the difference between sex and gender, gender expression and gender identity, what's involved in transitioning, etc. There will also be a short Q&A at the end.
